Dr. Brittany Stafford, DDS
Dr. Stafford is the proud owner of Impress Family Dentistry and a graduate of The University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. Born and raised in Victoria, Texas, she is honored to practice in her hometown and provide the same welcoming, gentle care that first inspired her as a young patient in this very office. At Impress Family Dentistry, Dr. Stafford and her team treat every patient like family. She is committed to making sure each person feels comfortable, understood, and cared for as if they were her own. Every decision and recommendation is guided by one principle: the patient’s best interest always comes first.
Dr. Stafford believes dentistry should be up-to-date, relaxed, and personalized, and she motivates her entire team to focus on patient education so that every person leaves not only with a healthier smile, but also with the knowledge to maintain it.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Guadalupe Valley District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, staying connected to the latest techniques and advances in dental care. She is also a proud member of the loving sisterhood of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Outside the office, Dr. Stafford enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Kaiden and Amari, along with their three beloved dogs—Lucky, Angel, and Marley. She loves crafting, traveling, shopping, movie nights, and taking time for relaxation and self-care at the spa.
Her approach to dentistry is simple: thorough, up-to-date, and always centered on treating patients like family.
Crystal Stastny
Office Manager/ RDA
Crystal has been in the dental field for 10+ years. She has 6 years of front office experience and is also a Registered Dental Assistant. No doubt about it, she is very knowledgeable about the dental field and is very passionate about helping patients. Crystal is our office manager so you’ll always see her floating around the office , but this is less likely in December ,because Christmas is her absolute very time of year. In her leisure time she always stays busy! This time is mostly used by spending time with beautiful daughter, her significant other , or working on the ranch!
Debbie Linley
Hygienist
Debbie has been in dentistry for more than 40 years. Her passion for dentistry inspired her to continue for education and attain her Dental Hygiene degree. She spent many years with Dr. Swannack and continues now with Dr. Stafford. Helping patients improve their oral health and and making a personal connection with them is something she loves. Debbie looks forward to more adventures with her husband, Doug and her three grandkids, loves watching the Astros, and gambling in Coushatta.
Jessica LaBeff
Hygienist
Jessica has been practicing dental hygiene since her graduation from Wharton County Junior College in 2015. She graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2012 with a degree in Community Health. She loves to help her patients achieve overall health by improving their dental health. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband Luke and their two kids, Graton and Sadie Grace. When she’s not in the office, you can find her on the golf course, in the kitchen or curled up with a good book
Ashley Harris
Front Office
Ashley is from Victoria, TX and graduated from Victoria East in 2013. She joined the dental field 3 years ago and enjoys helping patients with any questions they have about the practice, insurance and treatment. She has grown to love the field which lead her to seeking a career as a Registered Dental Assistant. Ashley has four kids that she enjoys spending her free time with. In her spare time she loves to…just have fun! Shopping, eating, traveling and collecting perfumes are some of her hobbies.
Liz Hayes
Financial Coordinator
Liz retired from Dow Chemicals in Seadrift, TX on June 30, 2022. She joined the dental field over a year ago as financial coordinator and assisting with other things around the office. In her spare time, she loves watching Lifetime, Hallmark, or any good movie. She has 5 grandkids and looks forward to spending time with family. AKA Dr. Stafford’s mom.

Chris Melendez
Front Office
Chris has been in the dental field since 2007 joining us from Houston Texas. Was a dental assistant for many years to treatment coordinator and now continues to help patients in the front part of our office. She is a mom of 3 handsome boys David, Matteo and Lukas. She is a Houston sports fanatic all the way! Loves taking pictures, dancing, and traveling when she’s not in the office.
